Very poor service, very disappointed

I have re-price locked my subscription in January to the Ultra R899 per month as advertised on TV. The agreement was R899pm. February, March and April, R899 was debited. Suddenly now in May, the debit my account with R949.67. I've been speaking to different calling center agents. All of then are giving me different reasons. The first it was my ekstra view, the it was Disney+ and the last person mentioned something installion points, me being over due? Over due for what? I only agreed to the price lock for R899. Nothing more. I've being paying it for the last 3months. Can someone please call me to clarify the error. And fix it that my debit is only R899 as initial agreement.
