Very poor service received in trying to activate extra view subscription

I am trying to activate an Extra View subscription on my account for a week now. Everytime I call the consultant says they will escalate my request. They had system issues en to date it has still not been resolved. Very poor service. I tried their Facebook messenger and whatsapp communication platforms to no avail. No one willing to resolve the issue.
