Very poor service from DSTV

The most unimpressive service experience yet.... I have made 3 payments to DSTV on the 29th the 1st and on the 3rd.... 2 of the 3 payments I made via the DSTV self service website via the PayU secure payment link of which I can only send screenshots as proof and the 3rd payment was done via EFT however multichoice is refusing to recognize the first 2 payments and say they are not valid and I am frustrated I don't what to do or how to explain to their agents even their supervisors are even less helpful and their accounts department is even more useless.. I want to know why do they have a service they don't recognize and where did my money go to?
