Very poor service

I am seriously frustrated, I've called 3 times regarding an issues that DSTV caused if these rewards are going to be a problem rather keep them. I won a free upgrade to Premium after it was activated my PVR options where deactivated don't know why I called to have it fixed only one decoder was fixed I called again had to explain everything got put on hold for more than 10 min after 20min my issue was not solved minutes finished and no one called me back called for the 3rd time same story and was told its fixed on their side should wait about 10min it should be fine, its still not working til today. I am not interested in these rewards everything was fine now I cannot enjoy what I am paying for cause of these rewards.
