Very poor service by dstv .

I have been a premium option subscriber with dstv for years without any problems until I wanted to extend the service by adding extra view on my system,instead of them assisting me with my request they change my viewing for the worst ever that I have been in many years ,I lost all my had Chanel's,the extra view was never added and now I am sitting with an elephant tv and a decoder on my house and I don't even feel like watching tv anymore,the more painful part is that I must still pay R934 Rand on months end. Please assist me.
