Very poor service

On the 25th of January I received a call from one of the agents she promised to get back to the next day regarding my query, she said she will listen to the call I was referring to and give me feedback. Till today nothing has changed on my account, and I haven't received eived feedback. And please can the person who is going to call me fami****ize themself with the history of my account and the query raised, it's frustrating to keep explaining the same thing.

When logged this I was told someone will call me shortly, its almost a month later.
