Very poor service and request to cancel my price lock contract

Your service is really bad and don’t care about your customers, a lady called me on Saturday after I complained about my decoder that is still not delivered four weeks now after I was told it will take 7 working days, she said she will call me back before close of business, today is Tuesday and I’m still waiting,if you are not going to deliver my order then explain the procedure to cancel the price lock contract
