VERY POOR SERVICE AND POOR SYSTEM

Good day

Your service is really poor, two months you switched packaged between decoders, now you can switch it back. Every were working fine, then you did something and now nothing is working.

I logged a query where you promised to call me back with in 24 hours, now call after 36 hours.

I called again to follow up, then your system is down, that is always the case, when is your system ever working.

I spend in total 4 hours already on the phone, with no luck, who is going to pay for the calls?

And also please send your entire team on proper training.

Unfortunately we cant cancel the subscription because we are on price lock for two year.

You are very fast to cut the service once no monthly payment is received but VERY POOR to assist when a query is locked.
