VERY POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM

I made a claim with Multichoice for a new decoder in September 2024. I was told a consultant will call me to confirm delivery details. It is March 2025 and I still have not heard anything from them. Their service is poor and they are so ******** it's disgusting.
