Very poor service

I have 24 month contract with multichoice on monday 1 des 2025 lightning hit my house i went henberg who changed dec and reactivatet it.my deb order goes of 3 des since then iff been disconnected everydsy due to incompatance of multichoice call centre that automaticly cancelled my contract i hsd to phone and drive to henverg everyday thiscweek to get it sorted herberg serbice wad beyond excelent the lady therd realy went out of her way to assist me but multichoice dont care a dem ive been with them since 2000 the peole who answer the dont have clue how to assist and rectify thecproblem if i get cut off tommorow im goingvto laywer to sue for bridge of contract the ard completely incompetend
