Very poor service.

I am a premium subscriber for the last 20 years. My account gets paid with a stop order. Suddenly Monday morning my account gets suspended and it is still off. Reason, account not paid. I definitely have sufficient funds in my account and I did not change anything on my account with them. I have send an email, but still no reply. They are struggling to keep their premium subscribers, but their services are very poor. I should be getting fibre in September and this incident will make me seriously consider my relationship with DStv. I have a little Eatery around the corner and maybe it won't be a bad idea to go watch the World Cup there while having a breakfast.
