VERY POOR SERVICE

I have never experienced such pathetic service from DSTV.Their standards has dropped significantly.Agents don't always know what they are doing.I spend most of my time on the phone trying to speak to them.No empathy, no regard for loyal customers.They just don't care and the service from the call centres are shocking...
