Very poor service .

I recently cancelled my subscription in September 24. DSTV then *******ly took the debit order in October. I queried this with them and after sending all the bank statements and my id to them, a refund was promised during October.

It is the 10 Th of December and no refund has been received. I made several follow ups, email and phone calls but all I only hear is promises.
