Very poor service

Hi, I paid on the 25th and my due date with DSTV guys is on the 26th but now my connection is disconnected saying I owe R178 bcus they charged me a disconnection fee of R50. Their consultants Ntokozo Mabuya and Thabang M, were very rude and very unkind showing all manner of unwillingness to assists a customer. Their behaviour was very appalling , very ********** and so very unbecoming for a company like DSTV.
