Very poor service.

I have never seen a company, that is so useless doesn't care about customer this way, my query was not solve am still waiting for dstv to call it's been a month, they I owe them but when I check the statements I requested from them,they owe me yet they cut off my subscription claiming I owe. What kind of company is this robbing people their had earned money, I think I.ll have to cut ties with this company that doesn't care about customer service. Your services is very pooor x1000. I was looking at your reviews guys need to do something about your services.
