VERY POOR SERVICE

I handed in all relevant documentation to do a change of ownership on about the 15th December 2016. This according to Multichoice, should not take longer than 24 hours. I have been phoning several times since then whereby they promised to call me back(always saying " a bit later when it has been done") so I can activate my extra view decoder. No one has ever bothered to call me back. When I called Friday 6th January 2017, the lady remembered me. She asked one of the consultants whom answered that "they are battling with the system". This is truly not up to Multichoices's customer standards. Should one rather deal with Multichoice head office directly to do the change of ownership? What is the use of an agency then?
