very poor service

I am highly dissapointed with the Multichoice DSTV concept of having price lock,it is a *******. In March when i took price lock option little did i know i will constantly experience decoder errors on multiple occasion to my service being suspended where i am being overcharged and paying whatever amount due and still no service and no technical assistance because the multichoice call centre don't have full access for price lock users in the event there's complaints . i am still without a service my account is up to date . After numerous escalations to the call centre i was advised to sms the price ock team which were supossed to come back to me with reasons why am i not without a service it is 24hours now with no call or proper response and not even a call back.
