Very Poor Service
The service from Multichoice agent in Kempton Park is very bad . I went there to get a smartcard for a second hand decoder i bought from Cash Crusaders, who said there would be no problem to get the decoder onto my name & get it to work . The guy is an accredited installer. He didn't want to sell me a smartcard but rather wanted to take my decoder to verify ownership at a cost R320.00. He refused to assist me in getting the decoder onto my name, although I spoke to a very polite gentleman, Siyabonga, at Multichoice who said I must go to this gentlemanat the agency & now he refuses me a smartcard. The gentleman working in the shop didn't even have airtime on his phone and told me the system shut down at 17h00 so we would have to call Multichoice. I had to use my own airtime to call Multichoice but to no avail. The service is really bad. The gentleman who has the Multichoice agency in Pretoria Rd, Kempton Park, his name is Daniel.
Please note that the consultant was following procedure. For us to activate the decoder that you bought as a second hand in your name we need to check if there's no overdue amounts. Should we find out that the decoder has an overdue amount you'll need to pay for the overdue and that will obviously not be fair on you since you bought the decoder.
Should you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contacts us.
