Very poor service

Pathetic service I been getting from Dstv. Been calling them since the 5th of June until today and I'm not getting assistance over a simple issue. I probably spent 1500 on airtime since I been constantly placed on hold for more than 30 minutes almost every day. Today I was placed on hold for like 45 minutes then they hung up. I am really defeated now so thank you dstv for such bad service.
