Very poor management controls
Had a contract which expired about 4 years ago. All of a sudden I today ( 4 years later) get a call from a Debt collector informing me that I owe DSTV over R4000. Either MultiChoice's accounts department has no clue as to what they are doing or the Debt collector is a ****. Debt collector number was ***
