VERY POOR EXPENSIVE SERVICE.
During the past two weeks I spent 250 minutes calling dstv for a problem with my viewing. All the decoders have been playing at least for the past 48 hours now and I hope they continue like that.
However I now no longer view through the the dstvnow app. Their agents have failed to assist me. Whenever I contact them they take through the same process and leave me with the problem unresolved.
I have given up hope of getting this correct.

27 Jun 2021, 11:34Someone called me twice this morning asked me to log out and in using my email address. She promised to call again after 30 minutes to check if the problem is resolved. It's more than an hour now and I'm still waiting the call. The problem is not resolved, instead there's additional problem, that of my email address being rejected by the system.
