Very poor Customer service and *************

This is a second message to Multichoice after they called me and asked about my complain here and promised to call back later in the day and NEVER did, this was early last week. STIIL waiting... Cherry on top is that my other decoder does not even have the package on it, we are only viewing the DSTV channel though I made the payment and it is almost my payment day. Does that mean I should also wait and not make the payments on my payment day since I actually never viewed what I have paid for????

DSTV MULTICHOICE, PLEASE COME BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
