Very poor customer service
<p>Just received THE WORST service from one of your call centre agents.The lady was just so rude, patronizing and unwilling to assist!When I asked her to transfer me to someone else she said there's no one she can transfer me to. I insisted that she transfer me, until she did, to a gentleman called Bongani, who gladly assisted me. I hope you guys will do a follow-up on this.</p>
