VERY POOR customer service.
I have never experience such POOR service before.I called in several times complaining about same thing and no one can assit me.I spoke to Smangele who dropped the call in my ear..All of a sudden there show no records that I spoke to her..I pay every month and you cant get any service delivery. I am very disappointed when you want to speak to a manager there is never one available. They asure you everything is in order..just to find out they did nothing.

I called in numerous times telling the agents the money does not go off from my account, Nothing has been done. October you deducted , than a lady called saying that my account is I n arreas.I said I know but if she check that was a problem on your side.We made arrangements that my installment will go off as normal than I pay in the arear amount in cash.Than you guys duducted R2745 which rejected. So what happened to the arrangment? I called to say you guys are not deducting so how is any of this my fault.I called I n again no one was able to assist me.Smagele dropped the call I n my ear. So who do I speak to now?
