Very poor call centre agent .

Poor call centre agent(Thobeka), could capture the 10 digit number . We tried at least 5 times before she could get it right . Thereafter she could not connect the extra view , and suggested I get an credited DSTV consultant to assist . This is not necessary as we were merely reconnecting the decorder for extra view . She seemed to be checking with her colleague. I am very disappointed, DSTV call centre we’re exceptional in the past . It seems they are now getting sub standard people .
