Very much disappointed
Very disappointed..To make long story short..more than a week ago I complained of being overcharged by multichoice and not gutting what I'm being charged for and according to the contract.. Up to now I haven't received any help or call from Multichoice..it's almost the end of the month and I will be overcharged again..and it's making my life difficult money wise...

30 Jul 2022, 09:53I wrote to Hellopeter complaining about being overcharged and my PVR not responding..
A day after my last massage to Hellopeter I received a call from Multichoice my PVR was reconnected and is now ok..I'm happy to be locked back on..thanks to you..
I'm now waiting for the reply from Multichoice about being overcharged,they promised to sort it out and will get back to me..hope they do..
