Very irritating and costly runaround

I am dstv customer paying through a debit order. On 29 March 2016 going through my bank statement I realised that Multichoice had not collected their money though it reflected on my self service portal on thier website. I then called their customer service to enquire and I was advised to rather make another payment incase that 1 does not go through of which I did same time. I used 2 different banks for eft transfers. However on Saturday 2 April my account was suspended and I called to check why and I was requested to send the proof of payment and I did. My account was reactivated, to my surprise today I get home and I find that the account is suspended again and when I call no1 seem to have a clue how to help me. I have been advicea to send proof of payment to this and that address and I do all that. I have called over 4 times and no solution is coming. So in fact I am wasting my time, and money on calling and emailing while I registered as a debit order to avoid this and above all I followed up everything to make sure I do not go through this. My question is do this company care about us? I pay full amount for a half service. Its very irritating and frustrating.

Hello Yze,

It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with your account. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response in this regard.

We've checked your account and confirm that the debit order amount of R399.00 that collected on 25th March 2016, was not provided for. Your service is currently
active. The amount of R346.00 that you paid on the 9th April 2016 does not reflect on the account. Should you require any further assistance, please feel free to make use of our other communication mediums (touchpoints) below.
