Very inconvenient impact and stupid ITC or whatsoever who implemented the WhatsApp chat platform

I can not be so disappointed with this so called "multichoice " company. On the 20th of November I went to their WhatsApp chat channel to down my services from compact to family access of which I was asked to pay 200. I paid that amount. Now on the 25th of November my subscription was canceled. I called the call centre three times and twice I was told the system was down and the team asked for my details and she said she will call and she did not. Then I called back again later and spoke to Vuwani who told me that because I have extra view explora and pvr function I was suppose to pay more than I paid and that's why I am now disconnected. So now what I want to say is. This is WhatsApp platform is bull. Now I have to pay reconnection fee because their system gave me wrong information.?????????
