Very hurt & dissaponted with multichoice services ce

I am very disappointed in the service rendered. Thy treat customers like trash. Thy very rude. Especially one of their technician with number *** & the call centre lady on ***. I bought n Explora with installation package. I've been struggling 4two weeks now 2get assistance. Thy have been playing with my emotions as if I never bought the dam thing. Y would the sell me such if they knew thy not gonna help me with the installation. I m very disappointed with the service rendered by multichoice
