Very frustrated

I have my dstv on debit order and at the beginning of the month that account did not have sufficient funds. So then I paid it via eft. Waht I did not realize is that I had the wrong reference number. I then made a double payment.

After a number of calls to multichoice call centre they connected my service again, then after a couple of days they suspend it once again, after a phonecall and sending thru proof of payment as well as a copy of my bank statement they connected the service again, after a couple of days again same story. And every time they do this the amount outstanding accumilates. Now after the 5th time I am really fed up with *********** people .
