very dissappointed

I would like to encourage all South Africans to really stop paying for their DSTV subscriptions because they do not value their clients and their service is pathetic. There has been other service providers life WakaTV that you can subscribe to and still have access to all DSTV channels. I had an outstanding amount of R300 on my DSTV monthly subscription, settled it last monthly and still today they cant allocate the funds. I have made over 10 calls in 2 days to DSTV and their consultants are very ***********. Everytime i do a follow up i am being told that the previous consultant never allocated the funds. They have promised to come back to me and yet no one ever bothers and i am not sure whether they have a problem with their systems. I will be terminating my services with DSTV and using other alternatives. We live in a highly digitalized era where DSTV's services are available on various platforms.
