Very disrespectful agent poor service
Am so disappointed on multichoice your agents are very disrespectful. From the 9 of September I have been requesting for downgrade the agent that was assisting me said it was changed only to find out it was not I have been calling since the 9 with no lucky some agent are telling its sorted but when I check it's not the last agent I spoke with drop the while was speaking am so angry with multichoice I have been loyal customer to them this is totally unacceptable
