Very Disgusted with DSTV Call Center Agents

It is with utter disbelief and disgust to start to think of the treatment I have received from Multichoice today. My first call was at 10:14 am which lasted for 12min56sec explaining my situation of not understanding why my DSTV services has been disconnected. My initial debit with Multichoice was on the 26th monthly for more than 10 years. Due to change of jobs and pay date I log on the App trying to change my debit date. The system wanted me to make cash payment first before I can change my debit date, I paid cash as instructed by still I couldn't manage to change my debit date after several attempts. On the 26th I called Multichoice to change my debit date to the 2nd of every month and it was successful done. I woke up today to the message that I have my services have been disconnected and then I decide to place a call to Multi choice to enquire and that was the beginning of my broad day light Sunday Nightmare. During my 10:14am call I discovered that there is a pro-rata fee that I was suppose to have paid when I changed my debit date and this was not explained to me by the call center agent that was assisting me. I was told that my complaint will be escalated to the team leader who will have to listen to the recording of the day of the 26 May and get back to me within an hour but nothing happened.

My second call was at 12:28pm today again had to state my case to the call center agent and I was put on hold apparently to be connected to the team leader which never happened and the call lasted for 19min24sec with me spending over 15mins on hold. My third call was at 14:35pm and got a different call center agent and had to re-explain my story and again I was put on hold to speak to the team leader and the call duration was 15min06sec and I was kept on holding until I ran out of airtime without speaking to the team leader. I bought airtime and made my 4th call at 14:55 pm which lasted for another 12min1sec got another different call center agent, start the story again and then I demanded not to be put on hold to listen to the awful music on the back ground but wanted to speak to the manager immediately, the agent agreed to call the manager and that was the end of it, the phone went quite on me. My next four call to Multichoice were at 15:08 pm (twice) 15:09pm and 15:10pm to which in all four occasions the call was not going through the automated answering machine like the previous times, but my calls will go silent but it will show the calls are in progress, not sure if Multichoice had blocked my numbers or one of the call center agents I have been speaking to is deliberately denying me access to the call center again.

My situation is not resolved. I have been a paying custom of DSTV for many year, I would understand and accept it if the reason for the treatment that I am getting is that I didn't do my part according to the best of my knowledge and what I was instructed to do. The only thoughts that comes to my mind is that either, I am dealing with *********** staff from DSTV who sleep on their job or don't know the meaning of customer care as no one of the multitudes of people I spoke to had the thinking capacity to return my call, no team leader that I assume my matter was escalated to them inquired with me to see how can they assist or either I am getting this treatment because I am Black and my issues don't matter to Multichoice because I am not good enough as a custom although my money is good enough coming into their bank account. Let's see who will have the decency to attend to my complaint and get back to me or it will be a case of another township boy who's concern don't worth picking up a phone or typing on the keyboard for.
