Very disgraced in Dstv Compact services!!!

Not very happy with the service.. Ive been promised to get a free month if I pay my account on time consecutively for 3months (mail was received on 16Jan 2019) I've been paying for 10months consecutively and I never received anything.. I always pay my account in full every month and now suddenly I owe R145 I mean what damn service is this... Damn *******!! I want my free month as promised or I will cancel my subscription... Thought dstv was all that but even starsat is more reliable thank Dstv.. Besides it's much cheaper too...
