Very disappointing service
Once again my DSTV is off due to the payment date that we did not arrange with them. We get our salaries on the last day of the month but we are discounted every month on the 27th.
Do you do this for the reconnection fees? I don't know. Please can somebody change our payment date to the last day of the month. We promise we will not pay it a day later or a day before.
