Very disappointed. Please don't use Dstv WiFi.

I am so disappointed with the service. They made me to pay for the service I am not using. I have tried to reach out for them to explain to me a getting attitude and more balances. I took a service for wifi only but am being made to pay for dstv and reconnecting fee of which I don't have a decoder. I had to pay for me to get the access for wifi. Now am being told I owe data fees. Am asking what is it for. Am told to pay and they wnet offline.
