Very disappointed customer
My debit order payment for dstv has always been the 20th of every month for the past 3 years. Today - 17 November 2020 Multichoice suspended my service 3 days before my debit order date saying that I owe them. I never changed my debit order date to the 17th. This is a very bad service, that is why most people are moving to netflix.

17 Nov 2020, 10:32Thanks the prompt response. I was not told that I had R130.00 on the same day, my understanding was that R130 would be part of my debit order on the 20 November. I was using DStv Compact plus , but now you only activated DStv Compact package - is it possible to activate the package I had before which is DStv Compact plus and continue with my normal debit order date which is 20th of every month?
