Very Disappointed

BAD SERVICE

I am not connected now for 4 days but my payment reflects on their side, Apparently, somebody activated PVR functions without my knowledge and I phoned Customer Care and spoke to Nosipho she put me on hold for a while trying to investigate who activated PVR functions on my behalf,only to find out it was someone from Dstv and she connected me a day later was disconnected again for the same problem and then spoke to a gentleman and she promised to investigate and sort out the problem within 48 hours I don;t want to lie he was so sweet on the phone without results, 48 hours passed phoned again spoke to a lady and I was upset because I felt like they can see that I have paid on time because of their investigations I am the VICTIM,my question is the investigations were concluded and I was not at fault now with the second and the third investigations I am the one suffering,why they don't continue with their investigations and open my connection because they can see my payment if in their findings I am at faulty then can penalize me if I am not guilty how are they going to reimburse the days I wasn't without Dstv ,the Lady refused to put me through her Management and insisted that I should give her my cellphone number,management will call me of which they never did, would like to warn anyone who want Dstv not to do so because they are Useless with a capital U , where do you find a company in 2023 where you are unable to speak to Senior person because they upstairs. I want out of Dstv they don't even consider the fact that I've been a loyal customer to them for years I am so disappointed. If my problem isn't resolved by Monday 26/06/23 please cancel my subscription.
