very disappointed.

A very disappointing service that i receive from dstv mobile center in Gugulethu mall, cape town was very frustrating. Employing people who dont respect clients and dont know what their system and product is very annoying. I went to the centre to buy a decoder and a dish installation. They request that i pay at Shoprite cause they dont take cash. i did. after thet told that i was not support to pay cause now i paid for channels that i dont have .i must go to MULTICHOICE to N1 GOODWOOD and I did. In gugulethu again they said today someone will come and install the dish. 10 minutes after they called again and said they wont cause they have a problem. when i asked what kind of a problem ,they not able to tell me. what kind of people do you employ? is the training not provided for your your people. I am going to take this further.
