Very disappointed

I downloaded about 7 episodes of my favorite programme on the dstv now app on my smartphone and when I try to play them I get an error message, I contacted the Dstv chat to an agent feature and I spoke to a lady by the name of Lesedi who told me she doesn't know what the problem is, so I just wasted all that data downloading episodes that won't even open
