Very disappointed

I've got price lock from dstv i paid from the 26 of July 2018 R1100 a month. All of a sudden they switch of my dstv. i was never in arrears but this is the service i get. i was told by the person to phone price lock but cant get hold of them. i email them, sms them with no success. i sms the number for a new account and they phoned me back i explained my situation to the lady and she said i must hold on for her supervisor all of a sudden they drop the phone. i do have a case number but nobody seems to help me.
