VERY BAD SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE SOUTH AFRICA
I am really unsatisfied with the multichoice experience I am undergoing. All together I have made now 11 telephone calls to the customer center and still they are deducting R1058 from my banking account!!! I start phoning on 20/05/2019 to "Masha"to get a settlement on my decoder. She was very efficient and gave it to me telephonically. Then I phoned on 4/06/2019 Hanyani - couldn't help me at all - said the pricelock department will phone me back. On 7 June 2019 I talked to Humphrey and he promised me everything will be emailed to me NOTHING happend and i received NO email. On the 10 June I talked to Thuli and Sele and then the MIRACLE !! I received the settlement that was valid until 4 /7/ 2019. I paid the settlement amount of R378.90 on 27/06/2019 into Multichoice and sent a proof of payment to creditdocuments@multichoice. On 2/07/2019 I talked to Thuso to confirm that Multichoice received my money and why is the service still active??? He cancelled the service and asked me to phone the price lock department. At this stage I was really fed up with multichoice and this poor service!! I said to him I am not going to make another phone call and that he must do this. On the 5th of July Multichoice deducted R1058.00 AGAIN from my bankaccount!!!! I phoned again on the 5th July - talked to "Mtateli" She promised me the money will be back into my bank account before 3pm Today is 8 July and I didn't receive any amount back into my bank account nor any notifications from Multichoice! I phoned again and talked to "Sindisiwe" She cant help me - her system is down! She looked on a college's system and there was no application for a refund (like they promised me) but she will sent me an email!!!! Now I am still waiting and will now report this matter to every place i can, because the telephone calls are pricey and the interest I am loosing on my money is never going to be refunded. There must still be a credit of a few days that my service wasn't active and everything is just now way out of hand.
And Marlon Samson, Boss of all things call center, for MultiChoice South Africa sent me a mail to rate the service - you asked me : "Please tell me how satisfied you are with your recent call to our call centre....."'
