Very bad service
I sent a message on social media so that dstv can refund my money since I paid twice. They told me to sens id copy and bank statements which I did. The bank statements shows transactions that I paid dstv on the 3rd R499. 00 which I want refund for it. Now they are saying they won't refund me since I don't have proof 9f payment. I mean they even viewed my dstv I find that I paid twice. I want refund please I don't want to fight with them.
