Very bad service

I entered into a 2 year price lock agreement with DSTV on December 14 2013,the first subscription was paid on January 1 2014. The duration of the price lock is 24 months, meaning my last pmt for the price lock should have been on December 1,2016. To my dismay ,I still owe DSTV R92. I have since brought this matter to them twice already in the month of December 2016 and I was promised someone would call me to resolve the matter. No one seems to be interested to contact me,this shows a level of incompetence or lack of professionalism with the people concerned regarding matters of this nature. Very bad service indeed.

28/12/2016 I spoke to Tshego ref# ********** 1-I35,and she promised that she would get back to me within 48hrs after investigation..30/12/2016 she calls me again and she undertook to transfer me to the accounts department for more clarity on the matter at hand. I was put on hold for a good 2hrs and eventually I was cut-off. This shows how DSTV/Multichoice don't care about the needs of the clients. Pathetic service, they can't even go back as far as 24months in order to reconcile a simple account. The brand ambassadors of this institution have questionable work ethics
