Very bad service

I phoned Dstv end of July to disconnect my services, but on the 16th of September Ive send a msg asking how much do I need to pay to reconnect, they said R178, and few centsvalid until 29/09/19, indeed I've paid, on 21st they telling me that I still need to pay R154 of whic nobody told me about that amount when I ask, they gave me wrong amount according to them, but how? They need to rectify their mistakes, cause I should have paid month end once. I need my services to be reconnected!!!
