Very bad service

I have installed extra view on the 27/08/19 since it plays for 30-45 min then it's off the whole day, when I call the installer he told me to call the call center and when I call the call center they refer me back to the installer, when I ask for their team leader they hung up the phone, last night I was told that they will escalate the matter to the team leader and it will be fixed before 11pm, when I call this morning the is no such. I'm not sure if the consultants knows what they are doing because they tell you different things and yet we are paying for the services.
