Very bad service.
99,99% of consultants are very rude. I asked if it was possible to shift my pay date. The lady said yes, she never told me anything about extension fees. Now I'm told that I have to pay. When I ask them why should I pay something I did agree with the other consultant apologized the one I was was talking with was very rude and told me that I can go to the ombudsman. ?

05 Oct 2021, 09:35😡😡😡 I think dstv should rehire their staff members, most of their staff are not trustworthy. When they have to attend to us they drag their feet or even forget abou you but when its deduction date they don't forget. Siess!
