Very bad service

I ordered an explora with multichoice in october,they did deleiver an explora but since October paying for an Explora its not been installed yet till now,i have been calling multi choice almost every month to install,they gave m 3 different installers in my area but one came,everytime i call the matter is been escalated,i even called the field work they gave me refference numbers nothing is happening In the meantime i pay 2 accounts,the compact one which is not playing and an explora which is not been installed.
