Very bad service

I called their call center yesterday to change the bank details the lady tried to change it and she said there is error due to surname change I must send my id copy today I called and spoke to mpho who refused to give me his surname he was so rude he even shouted at me telling me m not listening he said I can't send my id copy they don't do that I must go to the branch I asked him where is the branch in Kempton Park he said they don't have he refused to help me he is so ***********, I was so frustrated I even felt like canceling their service with them m so disappointed the call ref: ********** 1-i30
