Very bad service
I have paid my dstv acc on the 1st of this month, this morning when i woke up my its off, i went to multichoice Upinton ask about the problem they say i am owing them i ask how come because the month is not complete how can i pay R435 for 12 days it does"t make sense, the lady told me is what she see on her screen, i do not know whatto call it but i think is a money making thing, please help.

14 Jun 2018, 16:25thank u very much for reconecting my tv, i did not now what to do so wrote a complaint, what made it worse was the lady at Multichoice Upington she did not even to try to meet my halfway she only said i ow them thats al, but thanks once more
